If we don't improve your property's comparable RevPAR after 12 full months, we will continue managing your pricing without a management fee until we do.

The guarantee applies to eligible established properties after 12 full months and compares RevPAR for equivalent available nights. Property condition, review standing, availability, market access, and operating conditions must remain materially comparable, and The Rentalists' recommendations must be followed. The remedy is future fee-free revenue and pricing management until the agreed benchmark is achieved. No refund is provided. New listings without a comparable prior-year baseline are not eligible. Additional eligibility terms may apply.
